Shipping policy
For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
Orders will be shipped as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company and post office norms. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped.
International Shipping
Farm Storiee offers insured international shipping with delivery within 7–15 business days. All international orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $20 USD. Enjoy free shipping on all international orders exceeding $100 USD.
Please Note: International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund. We kindly ask that you double-check sizing and order details before placing your order.
Liability
Farm Storiee is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the committed timeline.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. A delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
