Refund policy
Farm Storiee believes in helping our customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation and return policy.
Please Note: Any non-clothing items including accessories such as scarves, scrunchies, and stationery items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to our team and the shipping process has been initiated.
Farm Storiee does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt of the product. The request will be entertained once our team has checked and determined the issue at their end.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. Our team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
In case of any refunds approved by Farm Storiee, it will take 6–8 days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
Returns
You may return clothing items that are in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached — within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us at farmstoriee@gmail.com with your order number, details, and reason for return.
All domestic returns are subject to a chargeable fee of ₹150. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow 6–8 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) can be shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchange
We're happy to help you exchange any clothing item(s) purchased from us within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to us at farmstoriee@gmail.com for any inquiries regarding the same.
Accessories and stationery items are not eligible for exchange.
